Both of them are your last names. You may change them after you logged in. Then follow these steps:

• Click on the WCRSDP BLOG
  
• Click on the "NEW ENTRY" button located on the left menu
  
• Type your entry
  
• Click on the SAVE button
  
• Click on the REBUILD SITE button located on the left menu
  
• If you would like to see your entry, click on the VIEW SITE button.
