The objectives of the Participant Profiler Survey are;

This survey is one of the tools that will be used to assess the following expected outcome:

"Participants would learn to use a layered approach to bringing technology to course evaluation/assessment, and be able to compare and contrast traditional and technology-based tools from students’ learning point of view. This would enable faculty to select and implement evaluation/assessment tools that are suitable to their needs."

The other two surveys that will help to assess this expected outcome are the Progress and Achievement surveys that will be implemented at later stages. Thank you very much for participating in the assessment process that will help to further plan and design Assessment/Evaluation group activities.

INSTRUCTIONS: Please fill out the survey and mail or e-mail it to Engin A. Sungur Professor of Statistics Division of Science & Mathematics University of Minnesota, Morris Morris, MN 56267
